Governance Highlights

Constitution Principles

  • Non-profit - income applied solely to the promotion of the organisation's objects.
  • No member may benefit personally from the organisation's assets.
  • On dissolution, remaining assets are donated to similar registered welfare organisations with comparable objects.
  • Constitutional amendments require a two-thirds majority vote at a special management board meeting with at least 14 days written notice.

MOVSC operates in full compliance with Namibian law, including the Companies Act and the Financial Intelligence Act, 2012. All activities are governed by the organisation's constitution adopted on 10 January 2025.
